This is the new list of game hosts that use B3. It shows the host, price per slot, and price for b3. Should be fairly simple.

The table is ordered by total price for a 24 slot server.
At the moment, this table is incomplete, since I couldn't add any GSP who didn't list their prices on the old thread, or didn't list prices on their signup form.
